Exchange and Returns

ONLINE PURCHASES

 Exchanges

- We accept all exchanges requested within 30 days.
- Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags.
- All return postal costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 Refunds / Returns

- Online purchases are non refundable, Exchange Only.
- If goods are faulty a new replacement will offered

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Exchanges

- We accept all exchanges requested within 30 days.
- Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags.
- Please provide your receipt to organise an exchange in-store.

 Refunds

- We offer a full refund on purchases, requested within 7 days.
- Refunds requested after 7 days will be offered in-store credit.

 Returns / Cancellations / Change Of Mind
- Goods ordered in specially for you cannot be cancelled & are non-refundable.
- Goods must be returned in brand new, Unworn & saleable condition.
- If goods packaging or tags are not in tact, no refund or credit can be offered.
- If goods are faulty a new replacement will offered.
- We offer full refund on laybys if requested within 7 days.
- If layby cancellation is requested after 7 days, only in-store credit is offered.
- Receipt must be provided
