Online Order Handling Time
While our shipping team despatches orders daily and quite fast we do ask for a 2 day handling time allowance to pick pack and ship your order. Please note handling time is not delivery time. If we take the full 2 days handling time and Australia post advises 3 days delivery then its 5 days before you will receive the order as an example.
Courier Delivery Speed
Please note we take no responsibility for how fast our courier delivers your order.
Order Cancellation Before Order Despatch
If you have made an online purchase and decide you wish to cancel the order before the goods have been despatched no problems our team will happily action this request for you please note there will be a cancellation fee to cover the non-refundable merchant fees we have incurred by your purchase. This fee is 5-10% of your order total (depending on how you paid). Please note depending on the timing of your request it may be too late to cancel.
Order Cancellation After Goods Received
If you wish to return your order for a refund we accept all requests made within 30 days of purchase. (Personalised orders cannot be returned). We charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the non refundable merchant fees we have incurred from your purchase & all return postage costs are payable by the customer. Returned goods need to be in brand new condition with tags attached and retail packaging still in tact. If the goods appear to have been worn, washed or show signs of wear and tear or damage we will politely decline your request.
Shipping Insurance $2.95
If you select and pay for shipping insurance at checkout your order is covered if it becomes damaged in transit or lost by the courier. To clarify any item or items that are affected we will send you a brand new replacement at no cost to you. Should any of these events occur you can rest easy knowing you are fully covered. Please note if you do not select insurance we do not take any responsibility for the above mentioned issues and no replacement items will be sent.
Layby Terms & Conditions - (Applies Only To Bundaberg Customers)
Our layby term is 8 weeks, after this period expires we will contact our customer to discuss the balance and collection of their layby. We will make several attempts to contact our customer over a 2 week period, if we cannot make contact we will cancel the layby where all deposits will be made non-refundable and the merchandise be placed back on the sales room floor. If you have multiple items on layby you may request to pay off and remove individual items from the layby however the full retail price of that item must be paid irrespective of previous deposits paid. If you wish to cancel your layby a $20 fee will apply.
